Our vision expresses our place in the world. It captures our reason for being and defines our direction as an association.
We are the principal association representing the Creative Events Professional, globally.
Our brand values are a set of principles that we believe in – they define who we are, what we do and how we do it. They also help us to craft what we say and how we say. Each of our values are communicated internally throughout the organization and carefully explained. We tell people what our values mean to them and how they can share them.
Our core values are:
Creativity – This means going “outside the box,” taking risks and thinking bigger than you have before to produce truly outstanding results.
Inspiration – It is our hope that you remain inspired by fellow ILEA members and the industry as a whole, and that this inspiration is reflected in your work.
Teamwork – You are only as strong as your weakest team member, but we see this as an opportunity to curate a strong team and push your team members to reach their full potential.
Education – Our industry is fluid. To remain competitive, you need to be fully aware of the latest trends – all the time. It is our goal to make that as easy as possible.
Relationships – No matter where you are in your career, the relationships you create and maintain are invaluable. We hope to help you get the most out of your relationships, and maybe even form a few new ones.
