This committee oversees the Esprit Awards, Spirit of Excellence, and other ILEA Membership Awards. The work ranges from conducting a review of the award categories and criteria, managing the judging process, creating and planning the marketing strategy, and any related deliverables, including a live awards ceremony.

This committee is responsible for ensuring the educational and programming efforts align with the ILEA vision and mission via the framework set forth by the Board of Governors. This committee will work to develop high-quality and diverse educational programs, identify emerging topics, and select top-notch speakers. Areas of oversight may include: the annual ILEA conference education, ILEA webinars, and educational sessions at partner events. This committee oversees the development, gathering, and promotion of ILEA content, marketing, and storytelling aligned with the ILEA brand, across the various communication channels ILEA utilizes. The committee will also be supporting and serving as liaison with the Chapter VPs of MarCom.

This committee oversees and promotes the Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP) credentialing program. Some of the core objectives of the committee include: evaluating the program brand, expanding awareness of the credential and its holders, creating and evaluating certification exam questions, hosting webinars and conference sessions supporting and promoting the certification.

This committee is responsible for identifying objectives that aid ILEA in achieving our diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. Collect, create, and share information, education, and resources on DEI, including events, educational content, communications efforts, and more.

The role of this committee is to develop and recommend strategies for the recruitment and retention of ILEA members. Current objectives include: gathering demographics, enacting strategic plans to grow membership, and evaluating member benefits and recognition. The committee will be supporting and serving as liaisons to the Chapter VPs of Membership.

The purpose of this committee is to oversee the ILEA International Affiliates by providing resources and support the development of these as well as strategically implementing the Board of Governors plans to expand ILEA’s international presence. The committee will work with the programs and education committee as well as the membership committee to host suitable international gatherings to promote ILEA's presence globally to grow the membership at large in regions where local chapter or affiliates currently don't exist.

This committee serves as an effective and powerful voice connecting chapter leaders with the Board of Governors. Their role is to provide feedback and input on issues directly impacting chapters and the members. The committee plays an important role in the development and support of chapter leaders, fostering collaboration, best practice sharing, etc.

This committee is responsible for the development of a strategic and formalized program for industry partnerships with other related associations, programs and events that will help promote ILEA as a leading association in the live events space and add value to our chapters and members. The committee is also responsible for development and implementation of the annual sponsorship packages and related campaigns that will help attract and secure successful sponsorships. This includes solicitating and negotiating with potential sponsors, maintaining the relationships with the sponsors throughout the year to ensure the success of the agreed sponsorships for both the sponsor and ILEA members.

Comité exécutif
Le Comité exécutif est composé de membres occupant actuellement les fonctions de président de l'ILEA, de président élu, de secrétaire/trésorier et de président sortant et a le pouvoir et l'autorité de mener toutes les affaires de l'association, sous réserve des lois de l'État de constitution ou de toute autre limitation ou directive du Conseil des gouverneurs et des présents statuts, pendant les périodes où le Conseil ne se réunit pas. Le directeur exécutif de l'ILEA est également membre d'office du comité.
Comité des finances/d'audit
This committee is charged with overseeing financial reporting, investment potfolio management, financial policies of the association, risk management, external audit processes, internal controls, compliances and ethics. The committee comprised of members of the Executive Committee and is chaired by the current Treasurer.
Comité de nomination
To determine the International leadership slate for Regional Vice Presidents, International Board of Governors, and International Committees and to review and propose changes to the elections process as needed. Committee is comprised of up to five members who have previously served as International ILEA Presidents and is chaired by the current Immediate Past President.
Serves as an effective and powerful voice connecting the ILEA Chapters to the Board of Governors and staff.
