重新认证途径

通过文件重新认证
至少3年本行业专业经验；
通过继续教育和专业发展、现场活动行业领导力和参与以及其他 CSEP 相关活动总共可获得 40 分。继续教育至少可获得 20 分。所有积分必须在初次认证或上次重新认证后的 3 年内获得。
重新认证提交的材料须接受认证委员会的审核。为便于审核，请在重新认证批准之日起的 6 个月内保留所有验证文件。
所有 CSEP 都必须遵守 CSEP 道德规范 ( ILEA 职业行为和道德原则)。

通过考试重新认证

ILEA allows recertification and reinstatement via exam. This option is especially beneficial to those who have had difficulty meeting recertification requirements due to an employment lapse.

In order to pursue exam-based recertification or reinstatement, you must make your request (for recertification, request must be made prior to your expiration date) via email to csep@ileahub.com.

If approved to recertify or reinstate via exam, you will be given 60 days to schedule and pass the exam.

认证失效：任何未能重新认证的 CSEP 将在证书到期后的 1 月 1 日失去其证书，并且必须停止在所有形式的交流中使用 CSEP 称号。证书到期后 30 天内可恢复。证书失效 30 天后，个人必须提交新的申请并以新候选人的身份申请证书。
