ILEA Meet Up at Event Tech Live London 2026

Event Tech Live is coming to London next month, and it’s one of the best places to get a hands-on look at the technology shaping how we plan, run and measure events. Explore the show floor, see the latest tools in action, hear from the people building them and come away with ideas you can use at your next event. Best of all, registration is FREE.

While you’re there, come and join our ILEA community at our meet up on the show floor. Whether you’re a long-standing ILEA member or simply keen to connect with like-minded live events professionals, it’s the perfect chance to catch up with familiar faces, make new connections and swap notes on what’s caught your eye at the show. The session is part of a wider program of community-led meet ups across Event Tech Live 2026.
