Southern California has long been part of ILEA’s legacy. Our first LA gathering took place in 1989 at the Westin Bonaventure Hotel, and the region has remained a vibrant cornerstone of our community ever since—with a rich history of chapters in Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, and Ventura.

For nearly 40 years, ILEA has been the global network for creative event professionals—uniting visionary planners, producers, designers, caterers, entertainers, and AV experts across 35 countries. Together, we foster collaboration, spark innovation, and push the boundaries of what live events can be.
