These partnerships are part of our ongoing commitment to education, mentorship, and building a strong, inclusive pipeline of future leaders in the live events industry.

ASU's School of Community Resources and Development (SCRD) offers a broad range of academic programs and diverse faculty expertise that contribute to healthy, resilient and sustainable communities. The SCRD distinguishes itself by providing dynamic instruction, scholarship and service that emphasize transdisciplinary, solutions-oriented approaches to sustainable community development. The School offers students and organizations opportunities to co-create mechanisms that positively impact the environmental, economic, political and socio-cultural resources that characterize communities. Proudly offering a certificate and minor in special event management, the SCRD ensures students are workforce ready and prepared to make an immediate impact in the events industry upon graduation. Program Homepage Mentorship Info The BS in Hospitality, Travel, and Tourism Management at NYU’s Jonathan M. Tisch Center of Hospitality, within the School of Professional Studies, prepares students for global careers in hospitality, tourism, events, hotel, and real estate development. The program combines a flexible, industry-focused curriculum with NYU’s renowned liberal arts education and offers six specialized concentrations: Event Management, Hotel Real Estate Finance and Development, Marketing and Analytics, Leadership and Management, Travel and Tourism Development, and Entrepreneurship. Students gain valuable hands-on experience through internships at leading NYC establishments, immersive site visits, and study abroad programs. 

Industry Partners and Networking Opportunities The School of Hospitality Business Management at WSU consistently ranks among the top 5 percent of the 170 similar programs in the nation. Combining real-world professional experience with high quality business curriculum, the WSU School of Hospitality Business Management builds the business leaders of tomorrow. Hospitality students gain global experience through study aboard opportunities and 1,000 hours of paid industry experience.
