This week, several ILEA leaders joined industry veterans for an unforgettable immersive experience at Rock Lititz—a world-renowned creative community in Lititz, PA, and home to some of the most influential names in live entertainment. The group went behind the scenes with three powerhouse companies—Atomic, Clair Global, and Tait—that have helped shape the industry for decades.

Hosted as part of Black Box Collective—the visionary gathering created by Rob Barber, Heidi Brumbach, and Lenny Talarico—participants engaged in deep-dive conversations about innovation, the future of live experiences, and the evolving landscape of our craft.
