ILEA at PLECET: Bridging Communities Through Events

ILEA was proud to participate in the 2025 PLECET Conference, a national gathering of public safety professionals committed to building stronger, more connected communities. This year’s event spotlighted the powerful role events can play in fostering trust and engagement between law enforcement and the public.

During the conference, ILEA leaders joined forces with officers and community relations experts to co-facilitate sessions on event strategy, creative engagement, and partnership building. The conversations were inspiring, practical, and deeply aligned with ILEA’s mission to elevate the impact of live experiences.

From grassroots gatherings to citywide initiatives, we explored how thoughtful event design can help bridge divides, celebrate community voices, and create safer, more inclusive spaces. We were honored to bring our expertise to the table and to collaborate with changemakers from across the country.
